A digipak is essentially a CD album case. A digipak is usually made out of card and is usually 3 layers folded together, then put into the casing.
Digipaks benefit the music artists as they have extra information inside for the fans to read, such as the track lyrics, song inspiration, song writing etc. Digipaks were invented by Meadwestavco.
The average size of a digipak is usually 12.5x12.5mm
